Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking a trip with Issara Liveaboard. By making a booking, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Bookings & Payment

• A deposit of 30% of the total trip cost is required to confirm your booking.

• The remaining balance is due 30 days before departure.

• Payments can be made via bank transfer or credit card.

Cancellation Policy

• More than 60 days before departure: Full refund minus administrative fees.

• 30–60 days before departure: 50% refund of the deposit.

• Less than 30 days before departure: No refund.

Travel Insurance

All guests are required to have valid travel and dive insurance covering medical evacuation, trip cancellation, and lost baggage. Proof of insurance must be provided before boarding.

Health & Safety

Guests must complete a medical questionnaire before diving. Certain medical conditions may require physician approval. Issara Liveaboard reserves the right to refuse diving activities on medical grounds.

Liability

Issara Liveaboard is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in diving activities. Guests dive at their own risk and must follow all safety briefings and instructions from our crew.

Itinerary Changes

We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other factors beyond our control. Alternative dive sites will be offered where possible.
